I am a woman of the world, a global yogini, a mother of 3 and a friend.
I was born and raised in New Zealand. I grew up as an only child and would loose myself for hours up a tree or in the sand dunes of Waitarere beach. I grew up to explore the world beyond those sand dunes and discover it all with nothing more than a pack on my back.I never have stopped traveling finding my soul mate in an American soldier, we continued to make new homes everywhere on earth, all the while growing a family.
Yoga has accompanied me since 2004 as a mental and physical support through life and all its transitions.
Transitions in yoga are transitions in life, the practice of taking yoga off the mat is why I practice yoga.
My recent focus in a Vinyasa style of yoga asana has brought me much joy as the practice highlights the opportunities transitions hold. Exploring the transient qualities of life by questioning, how smooth and graceful can it be, can I go gently trough, could it be fun and creative? Then sit-a-spell, be there, in the landing, the pose, and be there. Breathe.
The natural rhythm of life encapsulated in my on-mat yoga practice.
I teach yoga because I want to share the gold that I find in my own practice. I want you to feel it too. I teach a multi faceted system from contemplative to active and all that is in between because we all find our gold in different places, on different days, person to person.

Frank is a dedicated yoga instructor with 540 hours of training, whose passion for yoga began in 1999 and ignited fully with hot yoga in 2008. Frank's guidance is deeply inspired by the classical Hatha Yoga lineage of Bishnu Ghosh and the spiritual philosophy of Paramahansa Yogananda, to which Frank subscribes through the Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF).
Specializing in alignment-focused hot yoga, Frank trained under original American Bikram student/teachers Jimmy Barkan (500-Hour Level I & II) and Tony Sanchez. They utilize a methodical approach to ensure every student understands the correct mechanics of each posture. Frank is passionate about helping students transform their practice by cultivating self-awareness and resilience through the heat, breath, and precise movement, finding balance both on and off the mat.

With over 12 years of personal practice, teaching yoga is a natural extension of my journey. I am passionate about creating a welcoming space where students can build strength, find balance, and reconnect with themselves. Guiding others in their practice is both a privilege and a continual source of inspiration.
